利伐沙班是什么？

What is rivaroxaban? Rivaroxaban is a highly selective, oral drug that directly inhibits factor Xa. By inhibiting factor Rivaroxaban does not inhibit thrombin (activated factor II) and has no proven effect on platelets.

Rivaroxaban is approved for: 1. For the prevention of venous thrombosis (VTE) in adult patients undergoing elective hip or knee replacement surgery. 2. Used to treat venous thrombosis (DVT) in adults and reduce the risk of DVT recurrence and pulmonary embolism (PE) after acute DVT. 3. For use in adult patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation who have one or more risk factors (e.g., congestive heart failure, hypertension, age ≥75 years, diabetes, history of stroke or transient ischemic attack) to reduce the risk of stroke and systemic embolism. 

Rivaroxaban administration: Orally. Rivaroxaban 10mg can be taken with food or alone. Rivaroxaban 15 mg or 20 mg tablets should be taken with food.

For patients who cannot swallow the whole tablet, crush the 10 mg, 15 mg or 20 mg rivaroxaban tablet before taking the medicine, mix it with applesauce and take it immediately. Food should be eaten immediately after administration of crushed rivaroxaban 15 mg or 20 mg tablets. Or administration through a nasogastric tube (NG) or gastric feeding tube: After determining the position of the gastric tube in the stomach, 10 mg, 15 mg or 20 mg rivaroxaban tablets can also be crushed, mixed with 50 mL of water to form a suspension, and administered through a nasogastric tube or gastric feeding tube. Because the absorption of rivaroxaban is dependent on the site of drug release, administration in the distal stomach should be avoided as administration in the distal stomach may result in decreased drug absorption, thereby reducing drug exposure. Food should be given by enteral nutrition immediately after administration of crushed rivaroxaban 15 mg or 20 mg tablets. Crushed 10 mg, 15 mg, or 20 mg rivaroxaban tablets are stable in water or applesauce for up to 4 hours. In vitro compatibility studies showed that rivaroxaban did not adsorb from the suspension to PVC or silicone nasogastric tubes.
