  • [Usage and dosage]

    Intramuscular, intravenous and arterial injection, 15 mg/time for adults, once/day or 2 to 3 times/week, the total dose does not exceed 400 mg; for children, the body surface area is 10 mg/m2 each time. When taking the medicine for the first time, first intramuscularly inject 1/3 of the dose. If there is no response, then inject the entire dose. Intravenous injection should be slow, no less than 10 minutes.

  • 【Adverse reaction】

    Myelosuppression is mild, febrile reactions after injection are common, and death due to anaphylactic shock is occasionally seen. It can cause skin pigmentation (especially on bone protrusions, such as ankles), nail discoloration and loss, hair loss, oral ulcers, loss of appetite, etc. Long-term medication can cause pulmonary fibrosis and death due to pulmonary insufficiency.

  • 【Taboo】

    1 Nausea, vomiting, stomatitis, skin reactions, drug fever, hair loss, pigmentation, nail discoloration, erythema of hands, toes, induration, swelling, peeling, etc. are common. 2 Occasionally have anaphylactic shock. 3. Elderly patients whose lungs have undergone radiotherapy and those with poor lung function should use it with caution. 4. Avoid looking forward to the day after taking the medicine.

  • 【Notes】

    Elderly patients over 70 years old, patients with impaired lung function, liver and kidney function should be used with caution. Not suitable for patients receiving lung radiation therapy. Lymphoma patients are prone to high fever, allergies, and shock, so they should be fully prepared before taking medication.

    Precautions during pregnancy and lactation:
    Because all anticancer drugs can affect cell dynamics and cause mutagenesis and malformation, pregnant and lactating women should be administered with caution, especially in the first 3 months of pregnancy.
