　　Indications

　　This product is a hypoxia inducible factor prolyl hydroxylase inhibitor(HIF-PHI),suitable for treating anemia caused by chronic kidney disease in adults who have received dialysis for at least 4 months.

　　Restricted use:

　　This product has not been proven to improve patients'quality of life,fatigue,or health.Not applicable to:

　　1.As an alternative to red blood cell transfusion for patients who require immediate correction of anemia.

　　2.Chronic kidney disease patients who have not undergone dialysis.

　　Recommended dosage

　　Recommended starting dose:

　　1.Adult patients who have not received treatment with erythropoietic stimulants:

　　-Pre treatment hemoglobin level<9g/dL:

　　The initial dose is 4mg once daily,and then the dose of this product is adjusted according to the patient's hemoglobin level(see"Dose Adjustment"for details).The maximum recommended dose of this product is 24mg once daily.

　　-Pre treatment hemoglobin level≥9 to≤10g/dL:

　　The initial dose is 2mg once daily,and then the dose of this product is adjusted according to the patient's hemoglobin level(see"Dose Adjustment"for details).The maximum recommended dose of this product is 24mg once daily.

　　-Hemoglobin level before treatment>10g/dL:

　　The initial dose is 1mg once daily,and then the dose of this product is adjusted according to the patient's hemoglobin level(see"Dose Adjustment"for details).The maximum recommended dose of this product is 24mg once daily.

　　2.Adult patients who have received treatment with red blood cell stimulating agents and switched to this product treatment:

　　Recommended dosage,please refer to the table below for details:

　　-Monitor hemoglobin levels every 2 weeks during the initial dose and the first month after each dose adjustment,and then every 4 weeks thereafter.

　　-Then,adjust the dose of this product according to the patient's hemoglobin level(see"Dose Adjustment"for details).The maximum recommended dose of this product is 24mg,once a day.

　　Adverse reactions

　　The most common adverse reactions(incidence≥10%)are hypertension,thrombotic vascular events,and abdominal pain.

　　Pharmacological effects

　　This product stabilizes the transcription factor HIFαby inhibiting HIF protein hydroxylase(PHD1~PHD3).The result is to induce red blood cell production by promoting the transcription of the HIF responsive erythropoietin gene.

　　[Storage]

　　Stored at a temperature of 20°C to 25°C,it can fluctuate between 15°C and 30°C.
