　　【Indications】

　　This product is a neurokinin 3(NK3)receptor antagonist indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms associated with menopause.

　　【Recommended Dosage】

　　Prior to initiating treatment with this product,baseline blood tests should be performed to assess liver function and injury.During treatment,follow-up blood tests are required at 3 months,6 months,and 9 months after initiation,as well as whenever symptoms suggestive of liver injury occur.

　　The recommended dose is 45 mg taken orally once daily,with or without food.

　　【Adverse Reactions】

　　The most common adverse reactions(incidence≥2%)include:abdominal pain,diarrhea,insomnia,back pain,hot flush,and elevated liver transaminases.

　　【Pharmacological Action】

　　This product is a neurokinin 3(NK3)receptor antagonist that blocks the binding of neurokinin B(NKB)to KNDy neurons,which regulate the thermoregulatory center.

　　This product exhibits high affinity for the NK3 receptor,with Ki values ranging from 19.9 to 22.1 nmol/L—more than 450-fold higher than its binding affinity for NK1 or NK2 receptors.

　　Store in a dry place at 20°C to 25°C,with excursions permitted between 15°C and 30°C.
