AIDS is an extremely harmful infectious disease caused by infection with the AIDS virus (HIV). HIV is a virus that attacks the body's immune system. It takes the most important CD4 T lymphocytes in the human immune system as its main attack target, destroys these cells in large quantities, and causes the human body to lose its immune function. In recent years, AIDS research has continued to make breakthroughs. Coupled with the acceleration of the national review policy for new drugs for the treatment of special diseases, more and more innovative anti-HIV drugs are emerging. Antiretroviral drug treatment continues to make progress, making AIDS and HIV infection a controllable chronic disease. Suimeike (Inbec) is one of the therapeutic drugs for the treatment of AIDS.

Suimeike (Dolutegravir Tablets) is an antiviral drug. The main function of Dolutegravir Tablets is to treat AIDS. Dolutegravir can inhibit HIV integrase by binding to the active site of integrase and blocking the strand transfer step of reverse transcription deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) integration (a key step in the HIV replication cycle).

Suimeike (Inbec) is a compound preparation, each tablet contains dolutegravir sodium (calculated as dolutegravir) 50 mg, abacavir sulfate (calculated as abacavir) 600 mg and lamivudine 300 mg. Trimecavir should be taken under the guidance of a doctor. HIV-infected patients, regardless of race, should be screened for HLA-B5701 alleles before starting treatment with abacavir-containing products. If the patient is known to carry the RLA-B5701 allele, he should not take products containing abacavir.
