1. Abacavir, one of the components of Suimeikan, can cause severe hypersensitivity reactions, which can sometimes be fatal and can involve multiple organs. Carrying the HLA-B*5701 allele can increase the risk of hypersensitivity reactions. Screening should be performed before taking the drug. If a hypersensitivity reaction is suspected, the drug should be discontinued immediately, and abacavir is prohibited from being used again.

2. It has been reported that hepatitis B virus-infected AIDS patients may experience an acute exacerbation of hepatitis B after stopping lamivudine. Such patients should closely monitor their liver function, including clinical symptoms and laboratory tests, for at least several months after stopping lamivudine. Anti-hepatitis B treatment may be performed if necessary.

3. Taking Suimeikan is not affected by food. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible at least 4 hours before the next dose. You should not take it within 4 hours before the next dose. You should still take the medicine according to the original plan.

4. It is forbidden to use Suimeikan in combination with dofetilide and pixicanide.

5. Studies have shown that myocardial infarction is related to the use of abacavir. When using Suimeikai, measures should be taken to reduce related risk factors as much as possible, such as smoking, high blood pressure, and hyperlipidemia.

6. Neither Suimeikan nor other antiretroviral treatments can cure HIV infection, and opportunistic infections and other complications of HIV infection may still occur.

7. It is not recommended to use Suimeike for patients who are resistant to raltegravir.

8. Suimeikai is a fixed-dose tablet. It should not be used if your weight is less than 40 kg or the dose needs to be adjusted.

9. It cannot prevent the spread of infectious diseases, such as HIV hepatitis, and may affect the effectiveness of hormonal contraceptives, so it is recommended to use condoms during medication.
