奥贝胆酸储存条件
It is a new hepatitis treatment drug that was approved by the US FDA for the treatment of primary biliary cholangitis in 2016. It was approved for the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis in 2018.
Obeticholic acid tablet specifications: 5 mg, 10 mg.
Obeticholic Acid Dosage: The recommended starting dose of OCALIVA is 5 mg orally once daily. After sufficient reduction in ALP and/or total bilirubin has not been achieved for 3 months and the patient tolerates OCALIVA 5 mg once daily, increase the dose to 10 mg once daily. Maximum dosage: 10 mg daily.
Storage conditions: It needs to be stored in a dark (avoid direct sunlight), closed space, and a dry place. Because ultraviolet rays from sunlight or moisture in the air may cause the medicine to deteriorate.
