去纤维钠副作用的处理
(Defibrinoside) is the first drug approved by the US FDA to treat severe hepatic veno-occlusive disease. It is used for adult or pediatric patients with hepatic vein obstruction (VOD) who have undergone blood or bone marrow hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) and are accompanied by renal or pulmonary function abnormalities. The drug has also received "orphan drug" designation. Defibrinated sodium is a mixture of single-stranded deoxyoligonucleotide sodium salts produced by controlled depolymerization of porcine intestinal mucosal genomic DNA. Its mechanism of action is complex and has not yet been fully elucidated.
Defibrotide sodium is well tolerated. The most common side effects (incidence ≥10% and independent causal relationship) with defibrination sodium treatment are hypotension, diarrhea, vomiting, nausea and epistaxis. The incidence of grade 3-4 reactions related to defibrotide sodium was 7%, mainly hypotension, pulmonary and gastrointestinal bleeding, and abdominal cramps. Only 4% of patients stopped treatment due to side effects. In other words, the side effects of defibrinated sodium are usually mild.
In order to minimize the side effects of defibrinated sodium in daily life, patients must first strictly follow the doctor's instructions during the medication process, take medication under the guidance of a doctor, and understand the interactions between different drugs. Defibrinated sodium (defibrinoside) increases the activity of plasmin in vitro, and phlegm may increase the risk of bleeding after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) in patients with VOD. Do not initiate defibrination in patients with active bleeding. In addition, in terms of diet, focus on light meals and pay attention to balanced nutrition; maintain adequate sleep and enhance the body's resistance. If the patient feels that the side effects are strong and unbearable during the medication, he should stop taking the medication and seek medical treatment in time.
The above are some simple side effects treatment methods, I hope they will be helpful to you.
