Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of loxoprofen sodium in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis (AS).

It is well tolerated, with an adverse reaction rate of only 8%, mainly mild to moderate gastrointestinal discomfort, and no serious or life-threatening adverse reactions.

Conclusion: Loxoprofen sodium can improve the pain and functional limitations of active AS through its anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, and has good safety.
