Can the treatment effect of gosatuzumab (Todavi) achieve complete recovery?

Gosatuzumab (Trodelvy) is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), mainly used to treat refractory or recurrent triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) and some patients with small cell lung cancer. As a new type of targeted therapy drug, gosatuzumab specifically recognizes the Trop-2 antigen on the surface of tumor cells and delivers cytotoxic drugs directly into cancer cells, thereby improving the killing effect and reducing damage to normal cells.

Clinical studies have shown that gosatuzumab exhibits significant anti-tumor activity in the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer patients.
