Is nirogacestat an antibiotic?

Nirogacestat (nirogacestat) is not an antibiotic, but a highly targeted small molecule γ-secretase inhibitor. It is mainly developed to treat specific types of solid tumors, especially in the treatment of invasive fibroids (Desmoid tumors). It has shown significant efficacy. Unlike antibiotics, nirogalastat does not act on bacterial infection or microbial inhibitory mechanisms.
