Can Encorafenib completely cure bowel cancer?

Canafenib (Encorafenib) is an oral BRAF inhibitor, mainly used to treat patients with advanced colorectal cancer (bowel cancer) carrying the BRAF V600E mutation. It blocks the signaling pathways of tumor cells by targeting and inhibiting the abnormally active BRAF protein, thereby inhibiting the growth and spread of tumors. Although canafenib plays an important role in improving survival and quality of life for patients with bowel cancer, there is currently no evidence that it can completely cure bowel cancer.
