Fosdenopterin (trade name: Nulibry®) is a drug used to treat A molybdenum cofactor deficiency (MoCD-A) drugs that restore the synthesis of molybdenum cofactor (MoCo) by supplementing cyclic pyranopterin monophosphate (cPMP).
