How many years does tremelimumab usually last?

For patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, tremelimumab (tremelimumab) is given through a catheter into a vein (intravenous infusion) for 60 minutes, and the doctor monitors60 minutes and then receives tremelimumab (Imfinzi) through an intravenous catheter within 60 minutes. For patients with liver cancer who subsequently continued treatment with durvalumab alone, administered every 4 weeks, administration of tirvalumab and durvalumab did not require hospitalization.

For patients with non-small cell lung cancer, give temsilimumab, durvalumab and platinum-based chemotherapy together (on the same day) at the beginning of each treatment cycle in Cycles 1 through 4 and Cycle 6. During the fifth and seventh treatment cycles and beyond, patients received only durvalumab and optional chemotherapy. Treatment cycles 1 to 4 are 3 weeks each, while treatment cycles 5 and later are 4 weeks until disease progression or intolerable toxicity occurs.

Tistumumab injection is a clear to slightly opalescent, colorless to slightly yellow solution. It does not contain preservatives. Do not freeze or shake. Give the drug as soon as it is ready for infusion. If the infusion solution cannot be administered immediately and needs to be stored, the total time from preparation to administration should not exceed 24 hours in a refrigerator at 2°C to 8°C and 24 hours at room temperature to 30°C.

Tesetumumab is an emerging cancer immunotherapy drug. It is a prescription drug and has not yet been launched in China. Therefore, it has not been included in the medical insurance list. Domestic patients cannot yet purchase this drug. The U.S. version of temsitumumab the original drug has been on the market overseas for a short time and is sold under the trade name Imjudo.
