Dabrafenib medication regimen
Dabrafenib (Dabrafenib) medication regimen is usually based on the doctor's instructions and the patient's specific conditions. For patients with BRAF V600mutated advanced or metastatic melanoma, the standard course of dabrafenib is 150mg taken orally twice daily. Typically, patients need to continue taking dabrafenib until disease progression or intolerable side effects occur. In some cases, dabrafenib may also be given in combination with another drug, trastuzumab (Trametinib), to enhance the effectiveness of the treatment.
