The original drug of Eculizumab (Eculizumab) received relevant approval from the State Food and Drug Administration in 2023 to be marketed in China and is sold under the name of Eculizumab Injection. The Chinese trade name is Serizumab. This is a sterile, transparent, colorless, preservative-free 10mg/mL intravenous infusion solution, packaged in 30mL single-dose vials. After being launched in China, it has also entered the scope of Class B medical insurance, and is only reimbursed for eligible patients, including patients with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH), patients with atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome (aHUS), and adult patients with anti-acetylcholine receptor (AChR) antibody-positive refractory generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG).
