Can bepagliflozin cure diabetes?
Bexagliflozin (Bexagliflozin) is a drug used to treat type 2 diabetes and belongs to the SGLT2 inhibitor class. It lowers blood sugar levels by inhibiting the reabsorption of glucose by the renal tubules, causing excess glucose to be excreted through the urine. Although bepagliflozin is excellent at helping control symptoms of diabetes, it does not cure diabetes.
