Yes, taking brigatinib/Brigatinib may cause an allergic skin reaction. Brigatinib is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor targeting EGFR and ALK and is commonly used to treat non-small cell lung cancer. However, some patients may experience skin allergic reactions when using this drug, manifesting as skin itching, rash, erythema and other symptoms. The cause of skin allergic reactions may be related to the drug ingredients of brigatinib, or may be due to individual differences. If a skin allergic reaction occurs while using brigatinib, it is recommended to seek medical advice promptly and stop using the drug. The clinical guidelines also recommend that patients limit sun exposure and wear hats and protective clothing when outdoors during treatment and for at least 5 days after stopping treatment.
