Dacomitinib Adverse Reaction Discussion

In clinical studies of Dacomitinib (Dacomitinib), the most common (>20%) adverse reactions were diarrhea, rash, paronychia, stomatitis, decreased appetite, dry skin, weight loss, alopecia, cough, and pruritus. Laboratory abnormalities included anemia, lymphopenia, and hypoalbuminemia. Proteinemia, elevated ALT, hyperglycemia, elevated AST, hypocalcemia, hypokalemia, hyponatremia, elevated creatinine, increased alkaline phosphatase, hypomagnesemia, hyperbilirubinemia, as well as interstitial lung disease, diarrhea, skin adverse reactions, embryo-fetotoxicity and other warnings and precautions.
