Common side effects of Lorlatinib

Patients taking Lorlatinib (Lorlatinib) will have side effects. Adverse reactions that occur in ≥20% of patients after use include edema, peripheral neuropathy, weight gain, thinking, learning and memory problems, fatigue, dyspnea, joint pain, diarrhea, mood effects, and cough. Laboratory abnormalities greater than or equal to 20% include hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia, hyperglycemia, elevated AST or ALT concentrations, hypoalbuminemia, anemia, thrombocytopenia, lymphopenia, elevated lipase or amylase concentrations, elevated alkaline phosphatase concentrations, hypophosphatemia, hyperkalemia, and hypomagnesemia.
