The Difference Between Lenvatinib and Bevacizumab

Lenvatinib and bevacizumab ( Bevacizumab) are two drugs used to treat cancer. They can be used together in some cases, but only under the guidance of a doctor. Lenvatinib is a multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor that blocks tumor growth and angiogenesis by inhibiting receptor tyrosine kinases in multiple signaling pathways. It is mainly used to treat malignant tumors such as thyroid cancer, liver cancer, renal cell carcinoma, and endometrial cancer. Bevacizumab is a monoclonal antibody against vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). It inhibits the formation and growth of tumor blood vessels by binding to and blocking VEGF. It is commonly used to treat colorectal cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, breast cancer, ovarian cancer and other cancers.
