When to take Selinexor

Selinexor (Selinexor) is a tablet that can be taken by mouth with or without food. For the treatment of multiple myeloma or diffuse largeB-cell lymphoma in combination with dexamethasone, selinexol is usually taken on days 1 and 3 of each week. When used in combination with bortezomib and dexamethasone to treat multiple myeloma, selinesol is usually taken once weekly. Take selinexol at about the same time each day. Patients should take selinexol exactly as prescribed by their doctor and do not take more or less than the number of times prescribed by their doctor. Patients may swallow the tablets whole with water; do not cut, chew, or crush them.
