Nivolumab infusion time
Nivolumab (Nivolumab) is a liquid that is given intravenously (into a vein) over 30 minutes by a doctor or nurse at a hospital or medical facility. Nivolumab is administered as a 30-minute intravenous infusion, with the most common dosage regimen being 240 mg every two weeks or 480 mg every four weeks. When nivolumab is given in combination with ipilimumab or other chemotherapy drugs, it is usually given every 2, 3, or 4 weeks, depending on the indication. Nivolumab can be diluted with 9 mg/mL (0.9%) sodium chloride solution or 50 mg/mL (5%) dextrose for injection. Regardless of the diluent used, it is recommended to use it immediately after preparation of the solution.
