Is Pralsetinib a domestic drug?
Pralsetinib (Pralsetinib) marketed in China may be an imported drug. It is a targeted therapy drug used to treat a specific type of cancer, namely cancer related to RET gene rearrangement. These cancers include thyroid cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, and other rare cancer types. Platinib helps control the progression of the disease by inhibiting the activity of RET kinase, blocking the growth and spread of cancer cells. Platinib is only available with a doctor's prescription and only under professional supervision. It is reported that in June 2023, platinib capsules produced by CStone Pharmaceuticals (Suzhou) were approved by the National Medical Products Administration and are domestic drugs.
