Pemigatinib (Pemigatinib) is a targeted therapy drug. It is a FGFR (fibroblast growth factor receptor) inhibitor that interferes with the proliferation and survival of tumor cells by targeting specific molecular targets. Pemetinib works by inhibiting the overactive FGFR signaling pathway, which may be abnormally active in some patients with cholangiocarcinoma. By inhibiting this signaling pathway, pemetinib can block the growth and spread of tumor cells, thereby achieving anti-tumor effects. Because targeted drugs are specific, they can interfere with tumor cells more precisely and reduce adverse effects on normal cells than traditional chemotherapy drugs.
