Is Vepotolizumab (POLIVY) an injection?

Vepotuzumab (POLIVY) is a preservative-free white to off-white lyophilized powder with a cake-shaped appearance. It is a conjugate of CD79b-directed antibodies and microtubule inhibitors. It is a drug targeting CD79b-positive diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and is used in combination with other drugs. Vepotuzumab will be stored refrigerated in the original carton at 2-8°C (36-46°F) to avoid light exposure, do not freeze, and do not shake. If necessary, refrigerate unused reconstituted polyethylene solution at 2-8°C (36-46°F) for 48 hours or at room temperature (9-25°C, 47-77°F) for up to 8 hours before diluting. If cumulative storage time exceeds 48 hours before dilution, discard vial.
