Can vepotuzumab (POLIVY) be used for lymphoma?

Vepotuzumab (POLIVY) may be used in combination with rituximab products, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and prednisone (R-CHP) for the treatment of previously untreated diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, unspecified or high-grade B-cell lymphoma, and the International Prognostic Index Adult patients with a score of 2 or higher can also be combined with bendamustine and rituximab products for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse largeB-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified after at least two prior treatments. However, it may cause some serious side effects, such as cytotoxic reactions, liver toxicity, and neurological toxicity.
