How long does it take to treat Pomalidomide?
The recommended dose for the treatment of multiple myeloma (MM) with Pomalidomide is 4 mg once daily on days 1 through 21 of each 28-day cycle. n>Kaposi's sarcoma (KS) The recommended dose is 5 mg once daily until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity occurs, in combination with dexamethasone, and a cycle of dexamethasone lasting 28 days (4 weeks). You can continue to have this treatment as long as it works and the side effects aren't too severe. If disease worsens or certain side effects occur, treatment with pomalidomide may need to be interrupted or stopped, or the dose reduced.
