Can Rituximab be used in combination therapy?

Rituximab (Rituximab) is suitable for previously untreated diffuse large B-cell, CD20-positive NHL combined with cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisone (CHOP) or other anthracycline-based chemotherapy regimens; it can be combined with fludarabine and cyclophosphamide (FC) for the treatment of previously untreated NHL. It can also be used in combination with methotrexate to treat adult patients with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis who have had an inadequate response to one or more TNF antagonists. It can also be used in combination with glucocorticoids to treat adult and pediatric patients 2 years of age and older with granulomatous disease with polyangiitis and microscopic polyangiitis.
