What is the listing price of Romiplostim in China?
In 2022, the State Food and Drug Administration has approved Romiplostim (Romiplostim) for marketing in China, which may be used for immune thrombocytopenia (ITP). Due to the short time to market, it is not included in the scope of medical insurance. Domestic purchase channels may be difficult, and the price has not yet been determined. Romiplostim is a peptide thrombopoietin receptor agonist (TPO-RAs) approved for the treatment of ITP in adults and in children 1 year and older who have an inadequate response to corticosteroids, intravenous immunoglobulin, or splenectomy. The Hong Kong original version of romigrastim may be priced at RMB 10,000 per tube (the price may fluctuate due to exchange rates).
