What is the dosage of Selpercatinib?

The recommended weight-based dose of Selpercatinib is 120 mg for patients less than 50 kg and 160 mg for patients 50 kg or more. Selpercatinib is taken orally twice daily until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity occurs. Do not take a missed dose unless it is more than 6 hours before your next scheduled dose. If patients experience adverse reactions after taking serpatinib, the dose should be adjusted. For patients less than 50 kg, the dose should be reduced to 80 mg orally twice a day for the first time, to 40 mg orally twice a day for the second time, and to 40 mg orally once a day for the third time; for patients 50 kg or above, the dose should be reduced to 120 mg orally twice a day for the first time, to 80 mg orally twice a day for the second time, and to 40 mg orally twice a day for the third time. Patients who cannot tolerate three dose reductions should permanently discontinue serpatinib.
