How long does it take to stop taking sirolimus before you can get vaccinated?

Live vaccines should be avoided during treatment with sirolimus; live vaccines may include, but are not limited to, the following: measles, mumps, rubella, oral polio, BCG, yellow fever, chickenpox, and TY21a typhoid fever. Immunosuppressive drugs may affect the response to vaccination. Vaccination may therefore be less effective during sirolimus treatment. Sirolimus is also indicated for the prevention of organ rejection (TR) in patients over 13 years of age who have received kidney transplants and for the treatment of patients with pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM).
