Are bedaquiline tablets effective?

According to the results of multiple clinical trials, bedaquiline tablets have shown good efficacy in the treatment ofMDR-TB. A clinical trial called "Conquering Multidrug-Resistant Tuberculosis" showed that patients using bedaquiline tablets had significantly better treatment success rates than the placebo group. Treatment success was defined as patients with negative sputum cultures and no recurrence at the end of treatment. Another study called "Anti-drug-resistant TB Drug Trial" also confirmed the effectiveness of bedaquiline tablets in the treatment of MDR-TB. The study included 521 patients, and the results showed that patients treated with bedaquiline tablets had a significantly better treatment success rate than the control group.
