Does Trametinib work?

Trametinib (Trametinib) is a targeted therapy drug for certain cancers. It is mainly used to treat BRAF V600 mutation-positive malignant melanoma and non-small cell lung cancer. It prevents tumor growth and spread by inhibiting kinase activity in specific signaling pathways. Trametinib has been evaluated in multiple clinical trials and has shown promising efficacy compared with conventional chemotherapy. In patients with malignant melanoma, trametinib in combination with other drugs significantly prolonged progression-free survival and overall survival. For patients with non-small cell lung cancer, trametinib combined with other drugs has also shown good efficacy.
