Clinical trial results show that patients treated with upadacitinib usually need to take it for 12 weeks to effectively relieve the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis. During treatment, low-dose administration should generally be started and then gradually adjusted to the standard dose of 4 mg once a day. During the first three months of treatment and throughout the course of treatment, doctors should follow up and monitor regularly to ensure that the patient is taking the drug normally in the body. Individual patients respond differently to medications and treatment times vary, and some may require longer treatments to effectively control their disease. Don’t forget to take it as an auxiliary medicine when taking it at one time, and don’t take too much upadatinib at the same time.
