How many injections of Ziv-aflibercept can be given?

Aflibercept (Ziv-aflibercept)The recommended dosage is 4mg/kg, once every 2 weeks, intravenous infusion over 1 hour, combined with FOLF IRI (irinotecan) treatment regimen, priority dosing, patients should be given aflibercept on the day of treatment before any part of the combined irinotecan regimen. Refer to the prescribing information for irinotecan, fluorouracil, and leucovorin for recommended doses and dose adjustments of these drugs when necessary. Each person has different reactions to drug resistance and drug side effects. Patients need to continue treatment with aflibercept until unacceptable toxicity or disease progression occurs, and intravenous bolus administration is not allowed.
