What are the common adverse reactions during treatment with vedicitomab?

Clinical data show that the most common adverse reactions of vedicitomab include infusion-related reactions (fever, chills), nausea, vomiting, fatigue, and decreased platelet or white blood cell count. Some patients may develop abnormal liver function or mild cardiac function changes, so hematological indicators and liver function need to be closely monitored during treatment. For infusion reactions, intervention can be done by slowing down the infusion rate, giving symptomatic drugs, or taking preventive drugs in advance. Most adverse reactions were mild to moderate, tolerable and controllable, with a few serious events requiring medication suspension or dose adjustment, but the overall safety profile was considered manageable.
