Linezolid (Linezolid) Long-term use may cause hematological and neurological side effects. Hematological changes are mainly manifested as thrombocytopenia, anemia or leukopenia, so when the treatment course exceeds two weeks, weekly blood routine monitoring is usually recommended. Regarding the nervous system, some patients may develop signs of peripheral neuropathy or optic nerve damage after long-term use. This is especially the case when the treatment course is prolonged or the underlying disease is complex. Gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea and diarrhea are also common mild side effects. To ensure safety, patients should follow the doctor's instructions for regular review while using linezolid, report abnormal symptoms in a timely manner, and adjust the dose or discontinue medication when necessary.
