Trabectedin (Trabectedin)may put a burden on the liver during metabolism, especially for patients with underlying liver diseases. The risk of elevated transaminases after taking the drug is significantly increased. Clinical statistics show that about 15%-20% of patients may develop mild liver function abnormalities, and in a few cases, they may develop liver failure. Therefore, liver and kidney function need to be comprehensively assessed before medication, and liver function indicators should be monitored every 2-4 weeks during treatment. If ALT or AST exceeds 3 times the upper limit of normal, or is accompanied by elevated bilirubin, the doctor may suspend the medication and provide hepatoprotective treatment. Patients should avoid drinking alcohol and abusing hepatotoxic drugs, while maintaining adequate sleep and a balanced diet to reduce the burden on the liver.
