Are there any domestic manufacturers of adagrasib?

Adagrasib (Adagrasib) has not yet been directly marketed in China, so there is no domestic manufacturer to produce the drug. Adagrasiib is a targeted drug targeting the KRAS G12C mutation, developed by Mirati Therapeutics of the United States. Although China Zai Lab has reached a cooperation agreement with Mirati Therapeutics and obtained the rights to develop and exclusively commercialize adagrasibu in China, adagrasibu is still in the clinical trial stage and has not yet been approved by the National Medical Products Administration. This means that adagrasib cannot be purchased directly in the country. However, with the progress of clinical trials and possible approval, adagrasib is expected to be launched in China.
