How many days should ensidipine be taken as a course of treatment?

There is no fixed course of treatment for Enasidenib. The recommended dose is 100 mg orally once daily until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. For patients without disease progression or unacceptable toxicity, treatment for at least 6 months is recommended to allow time for clinical response. Before starting treatment with ensidipine, doctors will evaluate patients' blood counts and blood chemistry to determine whether they are at risk for leukocytosis and tumor lysis syndrome. During the first three months of treatment, relevant monitoring will be carried out at least every two weeks to deal with any abnormalities that may arise in a timely manner.
