What are the common side effects of bosutinib?

Bosutinib (Bosutinib) is a cancer drug used to treat chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML), a cancer of white blood cells in which patients have a special chromosome called the Philadelphia chromosome. The most common side effects are diarrhea, nausea, thrombocytopenia (low platelet count), abdominal pain (stomach pain), vomiting, rash, anemia (low red blood cell count), fatigue, fever, elevated liver enzyme levels, and headache. The most serious side effects include thrombocytopenia, anemia, diarrhea, rash, neutropenia (low levels of neutrophils, a type of white blood cell), and blood tests showing damage to the liver and pancreas.
