Elevated transaminase levels may be related to the use of Selpercatinib. Common side effects of seputinib include increases in aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT). These transaminases are important indicators of liver function, and their elevation may mean abnormal liver function or liver damage. Therefore, taking seputinib may result in elevated transaminases. If transaminase increases occur during use, patients are advised to consult their doctor in time. The doctor may adjust the drug dose, replace the drug, or take other necessary treatment measures to protect the liver function according to the specific situation. Do not increase or decrease the drug dose or change the medication method on your own.
