Ziv-aflibercept (Ziv-aflibercept) and Conbercept both belong to the category of drugs targeting vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and are widely used in the treatment of macular degeneration, metastatic colorectal cancer, ovarian cancer and other diseases. However, each of these two drugs has its own unique advantages and limitations, so patients need to consider their own condition, severity of illness, and the professional advice of their doctor when choosing which drug to use. There are also differences in the frequency of dosing between aflibercept and conbercept in the treatment of colorectal cancer. Under normal circumstances, aflibercept needs to be injected every two weeks (that is, 14 days), while the injection frequency of conbercept is relatively low, and it can be injected once a month. This difference in medication frequency is also one of the important factors that doctors and patients need to consider when choosing medications.
