2025 Qlosi Eye Drops Price Reference
According to public pricing information in the United States and other overseas markets where it has been launched, the price of 0.4mL*30 pieces/box is approximately US$1,500. The price will fluctuate depending on factors such as pharmacies, insurance plans, and manufacturer discounts.
As of September 2025, Qlosi eye drops have not yet been officially launched in the Chinese mainland market. Therefore, domestic hospitals and pharmacies are currently unable to purchase it. Its final future pricing in the Chinese market is subject to approval by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) and is affected by multiple factors such as medical insurance policies and procurement negotiations, and may differ from overseas prices.
The above prices are only reference information reflecting legal overseas markets and are by no means a purchase recommendation or price commitment. It is not recommended to purchase drugs across borders through informal channels.

The pictures come from public channels (such as the official website of the FDA, the official website of the original drug manufacturer, etc.) and are for reference only.
Qlosi Eye Drops Medication Steps
1. Preparation before medication
(1) Wash your hands: Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and running water.
(2). Take medicine: Take out a single-dose vial from the aluminum foil bag.
(3) Contact lenses: If you wear contact lenses, they must be removed first. After applying the medicine, you need to wait at least 10 minutes before wearing it again.
2. Correct eye-dropping technique
(1) Posture: tilt your head back as much as possible and gaze upward.
(2) Open the eyes: Use the index finger of one hand to gently pull the lower eyelid downward to form a "small sac" between it and the eyeball.
(3) Instillation: Place the medicine bottle above the eye with the mouth of the bottle facing downwards. Gently squeeze and drop 1 drop of medicine into the "small sac". Make sure that the mouth of the bottle does not come into contact with the eyes, eyelashes or any surface to prevent contamination.
(4). Close eyes: Gently close your eyes for 1 to 2 minutes. Avoid blinking or squinting hard.
(5) Pressing: Gently press the inner corners of the eyes (side of the bridge of the nose) with your fingertips for about 1 minute to help reduce the flow of medicine into the nasal cavity and throat through the nasolacrimal duct, thus reducing the risk of systemic side effects.
3. Post-medication treatment
(1) Discard immediately: Single-dose vials are for one-time use and should be discarded immediately after use, even if there is still remaining medicinal solution in the bottle.
(2) Storage: Unopened medicines should be refrigerated (2°C-8°C); opened vials in aluminum foil bags can be stored at room temperature (≤25°C) and must be used within 30 days.
4. Dosage and combination use
(1) Dosage: usually 1 drop per eye, up to 2 times a day, with an interval of 2-3 hours between doses. Please strictly follow your doctor's instructions.
(2) Combined medication: If other eye drops are used, there should be at least 5 minutes between different medications.
Adverse reactions of Qlosi eye drops
1. Common adverse reactions
In clinical studies, the following reactions are more common and can usually be relieved by themselves:
(1) Pain at the instillation site: the incidence rate is about 5%-8%.
(2) Headache: the incidence rate is about 5%-8%.
(3) Blurred vision: the incidence rate is about 2%-5%. This is due to the ciliary muscle contraction caused by the drug, especially when the vision switches from near to far.
These reactions are usually temporary. If your vision is blurred, you should avoid driving, operating machinery, or performing any hazardous activities until your vision is completely clear.
2. Other side effects that require attention
(1) Dim vision at night or in dark places: pupil shrinkage reduces the amount of light entering the eye, and vision may become darker in low-light environments.
(2) Eye irritation: such as slight burning, stinging or tearing.
3. Serious adverse reactions/warning requiring immediate medical attention
Although rare, a high degree of vigilance is required. Once any of the following symptoms occur, the drug should be stopped immediately and emergency medical help should be sought:
(1) Signs of retinal detachment: sudden flash of light, sharp increase or change in form of floaters, curtain-like obstruction in the field of vision, sudden loss of vision.
(2) Severe eye reactions: such as severe eye pain, significant redness and swelling.
4. Systemic reactions (rare)
Those who are sensitive to drugs may experience cholinergic effects such as sweating and nausea due to a small amount of systemic absorption. Accidental oral administration may cause more serious symptoms (such as excessive sweating, salivation, slowed pulse) requiring immediate medical attention.
