Qlosi eye drops are a cholinergic agonist that improves near vision by constricting the pupil and enhancing the depth of field. In addition to its desired effects, Qlosi eye drops can cause some unwanted side effects.

Correct usage and dosage of Qlosi eye drops

1. Routine administration

2. Frequency of administration

It can be administered regularly every day, or as needed according to the patient's vision needs. The maximum number of administrations per day is no more than 2 times (that is, a maximum of 2 drops per eye per day).

3. Combined medication interval

If multiple topical ophthalmic drugs need to be used at the same time, the administration interval between different drugs must be at least 5 minutes to prevent the later-administered drugs from washing out the first-administered drugs and affecting the efficacy.

Storage conditions of Qlosi eye drops

1. Unopened products

Store in refrigerated storage, with a temperature range of 2℃-8℃ (36°F-46°F). Do not freeze. Avoid drastic temperature fluctuations, such as repeatedly taking out the product from the refrigerator and putting it back.

2. Product after opening

After the aluminum foil bag is opened, the single-dose bottle can be stored at room temperature (not exceeding 25°C, 77°F), but it must be used within 30 days. The medicinal solution that has expired must be discarded and cannot be used further.

3. Light protection requirements

All unused products must be stored in the original packaging and protected from direct sunlight or strong light (such as avoid placing them on windowsills or under lights) to prevent degradation of pharmaceutical ingredients.
