布地奈德胶囊是治疗什么病的
What disease does the capsule treat? Budesonide is an adrenocortical hormone drug. Budesonide is a non-halogenated glucocorticoid that has a strong local anti-inflammatory effect and can inhibit early bronchospasm and late allergic reactions. It is one of the important drugs for the treatment of allergic asthma.
Budesonide was first developed and marketed by AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals in 1981. The mechanism of Budesonide may be: enhancing the stability of mast cells and lysosomal membranes, reducing degranulation and the release of lysosomal enzymes; anti-immune effects, inhibiting inflammation caused by immune responses, etc.; for patients with airway hyperresponsiveness, this product can significantly reduce the airway response to histamine and methacholine.
The therapeutic effect of Budesonide is remarkable, but taking Budesonide may cause some adverse reactions or side effects. The most common side effects include: mild throat irritation/cough/hoarseness; oropharyngeal candida infection; immediate or delayed allergic reactions, including rash/contact dermatitis/urticaria/angioedema and bronchospasm; psychiatric symptoms, such as nervousness/restlessness/depression/behavioral disorder, etc.
Patients should be aware of the following when taking Budesonide for treatment:
Treatment with Budesonide may result in delayed wound healing: patients with recent septal ulceration, nasal surgery, or nasal trauma should avoid the use of nasal corticosteroids until healing has occurred.
Taking Budesonide for treatment may cause localized nasal effects: nasal septum perforation, nasal ulcers, epistaxis, localized Candida albicans infection, and nasal or pharyngeal infection. Patients should be regularly monitored for nasal adverse reactions during Budesonide treatment; if infection occurs, Budesonide treatment may need to be discontinued.
Taking (Budesonide) for treatment may cause harm to the fetus. In animal tests, Budesonide caused various types of malformations (cleft palate, skeletal malformations). Patients should take effective contraceptive measures during treatment. Patients should inform their doctor if they are pregnant and receive treatment in accordance with the doctor's recommendations. Patients who are breastfeeding should stop breastfeeding immediately.
