Wynzora cream does not cure psoriasis. Wynzora cream is highly effective in treating psoriasis, can well control the symptoms of psoriasis, and has good safety, but it cannot cure psoriasis. Wynzora Cream is a cream-based fixed-dose combination product of calcipotriol and betamethasone dipropionate for the topical treatment of plaque psoriasis. The effectiveness of wynzora cream in treating psoriasis

One trial randomized 972 patients with psoriasis vulgaris into one of three treatment options: Group 1, two combination preparations (), once a day, for 8 weeks; Group 2, two combination preparations, once a day, for 4 weeks, followed by calcipotriol ointment on weekdays for 8 weeks, and once a day on weekends; Group 3: Calcipotriol ointment, twice a day, for 12 weeks. Efficacy was assessed using the Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) and researchers' global assessment of disease severity. The primary response criteria were percent reduction in PASI and proportion of patients with absent/very mild disease, based on investigators' global assessment after 8 weeks of treatment.

Results: From baseline to the end of 8 weeks of treatment, the average PASI reduction rate was 73.3% in the first group, 68.2% in the second group, and 64.1% in the third group. At the end of 8 weeks of treatment, the proportion of patients with asymptomatic/very mild disease was 55.3% in the first group, 47.7% in the second group, and 40.7% in the third group. For both primary response criteria, Group 1 was statistically better than Group 3 (P<0.001), while Group 2 was not significantly different from Group 3.

The difference between Groups 1 and 2 was statistically significant in terms of PASI but not in the proportion of patients with absent/very mild disease. Patients who received initial treatment with either compound product achieved the fastest therapeutic response, and the maximum therapeutic effect in these patients occurred after 5 weeks. This effect is maintained by continuing treatment with these two compound products for up to 8 weeks. After 12 weeks of treatment, no significant differences were found between the three groups in terms of PASI reduction, while the proportion of patients with asymptomatic/very mild disease was higher in group 2 than in group 3.

Conclusions: Two different short-term treatment regimens using wynzora cream (calcotriol/betamethasone dipropionate) provided rapid and significant clinical efficacy and were shown to be a safe treatment for psoriasis vulgaris.
