The results showed that before treatment, the serum IL-17A and TNF-α levels of patients in the Yisaipu + Methotrexate Tablets Methotrexate group and the Yisaipu group, as well as the expression of IL-17A and TNF-α mRNA in peripheral blood PBMCs were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group; after treatment, the serum IL-17A and TNF-α concentrations and IL-17A and TNF-α in peripheral blood PBMCs in the Yisaipu + Methotrexate Tablets Methotrexate group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group. The mRNA expressions were significantly lower than those in the Yisaipu group.

According to clinical trial data, Methotrexate has significant therapeutic effects. The successful development of this drug is good news for many patients. However, patients should not blindly use methotrexate tablets for treatment. Treatment with this drug will also produce certain side effects or adverse reactions.
