Contraindications: Hypersensitivity reaction (e.g., anaphylaxis, anaphylactic shock, angioedema, bronchospasm, acute interstitial nephritis, urticaria) to Nexium (esomeprazole), other substituted benzimidazole proton pump inhibitors, or any component of the formulation; use with products containing rilpivirine.
